"Shyoufukubai"
The plum tree bloom the flower at end of winter. By that we could learn that Spring is approaching us.
This pretty monaka is called "Shyoufukubai". It means plum that invites happiness.
The red azuki bean paste is on the inside of white monaka and pink monaka has a white azuki beans paste.
